1. FINANCE

Don't have a broker? Don't worry! My Home Company will introduce you to our broker. Finance can be one of the most confusing and stressful parts of buying your first home. Our broker will find the right bank for you, ensuring your loan is personalised and suited to your budget and lifefstyle.

2. LAND

Searching for the right place to call home? With estates popping up all around the Hunter, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast area, opportunities are plentiful. My Home Company will assist you in securing your block of land, in the area that's best for you. 

3. HOME

You can meet with our designer to architecturally design your home for your lifestyle. Once you've got your plans perfected, we will lodge the DA with council and track the process for you. We negotiate with one of the master builders from our panel to ensure you're getting the best price and a great quality home. You'll even get a 5 hour consultation with our colour specalist to choose colours, floor coverings and more.

 

There's no need to stress about confusing HIA contracts or vauge tenders that don't make sense, My Home Company takes you through the whole process so there's nothing for you to worry about.

The First Home - New Home scheme commenced from 1 January 2012 and provides eligible purchasers with exemptions from transfer duty on new homes valued up to $550,000 and concessions for new homes valued between $550,000 and $650,000.

 

Eligible purchaser buying a vacant block of residential land to build their home will pay no duty on vacant land valued up to $350,000, and will receive concessions for vacant land valued between $350,000 and $450, 000.

 

These rates apply from 1 July 2012.

The First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) scheme (the Scheme) was established to assist eligible first home owners to purchase a new home or build their home by offering a grant.

The grant amount is determined by the date of the eligible transaction. This is the date of the contract to purchase a new home or contract to build a home. For an owner builder, the eligible date is when the building work commences.

For eligible transactions made on or after 1 January 2016, the grant amount is $10,000.
